My Journey
Growing up i did athletics, till i was 16 years old.
I was always the smallest and skinniest kid on my class and i didn't like how it felt.
I'm not gonna tell you the typical bullying story, because that wasn’t mine — but I never really felt confident in myself.
This was me at 15 years old

Skinny, insecure and unconfident in myself
I Wasn't proud of who i was when i looked in the mirror, I had to make a change
I started my calisthenics journey at 17, after having tried a few things while doing athletics.
I didn't know what exercises to do or how to structure workouts. I relied on YouTube videos looking for the right information only to get more and more confused.
I ended up gettin stuck for long period of time.
Being injured tons of times as a result of my lack of knowledge

ALL DUE TO LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND BAD PLANIFICATIONS AND EXECUTION
After 1 year I started to study day and night, I got all the ebooks of the best athletes of each skill, i consumed all the content i could.
I studied for my qualification as a trainer and physical coach, and I deepened my knowledge of programming for strength gains in powerlifting, streetlifting, and calisthenics skills.
With all the knowledge and experience I had gained, my level skyrocketed — I started improving so fast, and now here I am.
